crows in snow
It's snowing crows! A flock of about 300+ American Crows swooped down over the parking lot and roosted in several trees. Crows have been assembling at these trees in mid-afternoon for a week or so now, but this is the largest number so far. They don't stay long. I suspect they go to the well-documented Lawrence crow roost for the night. They regularly fly over my condo at dusk on the way to the Lawrence roost. It's snowing quite a bit this afternoon and the crows plus snow give the parking lot a slightly bleak look.
