The flooding was on top of the damage from high winds -- supposedly up to 90-95 mph. Newburyport and Salisbury are still cleaning up from the storm. I haven't been out to the beach because I'm busy job hunting, cleaning up from the storm, stranded by traffic on I-495, and just plain tired.
As far as the extremely local scene goes, the Shawsheen is pretty high still.
